Need Info on Slavekitten (Shiva) & Survival (Asura)

Hello,
I am a leader in HydraCorps (Dynamis LS on Phoenix) and we just had two server transfers apply. Any information on these two would be very helpful.

Says he/she transferred from Shiva on Dec. 23rd after taking a 7 month long break. Claims to have been a member of a Dynamis LS called Fate on Shiva. I found something about a LS called Koolaid Brigade on google but the forum looks empty so I didn't find any information on Slavekitten there either.

Says he/she transferred from Asura about 4 months ago after taking a year long break from the game. He/she was was in a Dynamis LS on Asura but forgot the name and does not think anyone would remember him/her. Says the people he/she remembers have all quit the game.

For what it's worth, ffxiah doesn't pull up a "Survival" on Asura. Do you have a different name for them?

and yea, that person from asura sounds bad, just cause your friends have quit doesnt mean you don't exist on the server anymore

Yeah it didn't sound quite right to me either. He claims it was the same name on Asura but there isn't any record of that so something isn't right.
I spoke to someone on Phoenix and apparently this guy was in their LS on Phoenix and they suspected that he bought the account because of basic things he didn't know that a 75 would know if they had leveled the char. I asked him if anyone on Phoenix would know him or if he was in any LS and he told me no. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but something just doesn't seem right here.

As for Slavekitten, still needing info on him/her if anyone knows anything.

You seem to have gotten the 2 names mixed up perhaps? Slavekitten shows up on Asura, and seems to fit the timeline they gave you. Slavekitten - Asura - FFXIAH.com

I don't know them personally, so can't help much more than that but hopefully this sets you on the right track.

The Slavekitten on Shiva has about a 5 month break, where as the Asura version is about 10. So either way, I'm not seeing 7 months.

I'm sure Lexi had the servers right and that the applicant just can't remember the exact time frame. Not saying that as a negative at all (I'd probably give an inaccurate number too as I have the memory of a goldfish ._. ), just didn't want people to start thinking of the Asura SK.

Nope Slavekitten was from Shiva.
There was a mistake on the transfer date though. She moved here in July of 08 and then took a break just a couple days after changing servers because she was moving irl and just came back and reactivated on December 23rd.

I double checked with Survival and even triple checked he claims to be from Asura even though there is no AH history for him. Given the other conflicting info on him and the fact that he can't remember the name of the LS he was in and the reports I got from the LS on Phoenix about him. Not to mention he also lied to me about being in a LS on Phoenix saying he wasn't in any LS's on Phoenix... So I don't need any more info on him. I can look past the lack of gear and experience to some extent and give a newer person a chance if they are willing to learn but I have zero tolerance for being lied to or for slackers. Had he been honest about being in a LS on Phoenix I might have been willing to give him a try but if he can't tell me the truth on an application especially when I asked more then once, then no thank you.

To be fair there can be characters with same name on different servers, getting a bad report from a server that wasn't mentioned doesn't necessarily mean this guy is the same person reported.

Still a little weird that he wouldn't show up on FFXIAH for Asura, though, unless he never had any transactions at the Jeuno AH...obviously doubtful if he is 75!

He is on Phoenix now and the report is recently from Phoenix, so I am 99% sure it is the same guy. I know the person from the LS that Survival was in on Phoenix very well and this was just in the past couple of months since Survival claims to have been on Phoenix. It wasn't just a random person from another server giving me the information.

I feel bad for the guy he claims that he misunderstood my question and thought I was asking about LS's on his old server not LS's on Phoenix.

But I specifically asked him, "Have you been in any LS's on Phoenix at all?" and he said No. I asked, "Would anyone on Phoenix know you to give you any kind of reference" he said No, just some guy that transferred a couple weeks ago. I asked him these questions again after I heard about the one LS that he had been in which is now disbanded/reformed and he isn't with them anymore. His replies were still the same, no and no. But it is even more interesting if he is currently in Serene LS on Phoenix and didn't tell me about that one either. lol

The reports from the other LS he was in on Phoenix wasn't anything like he tried to steal stuff or was a jerk or anything. It was that he seemed very new, did not know common things a 75 would know, had no endgame experience and he would skip events that he didn't think he could benefit from and apparently he dc-ed a lot and they thought it was fake dc because he wouldn't come back until an event was over. Then they said he might be ok in Dynamis because we use points and if you don't attend you don't earn points and we can easily track if someone only logs in for certain zones where they want af. So the person giving me the information said don't totally deny his app based on what they told me, but don't give him full benefit of the doubt either.

I first met Survival when he sent me a tell during our Bastok run on Sunday asking me if he could come in the zone to get the win with us so he could join a good Dynamis LS. I told him we don't allow just anyone to attend the runs with us. So then he asks if we are recruiting. I said No, not really, our applications have been closed for awhile but we do approve a few new people now and then and he could apply if he like. He said his pc was broken and asked if there was any other way to apply. I told him if he found me when I wasn't busy I would put in an app for him. He thanked me for being so kind and said everyone else just told him that's too bad when he said his pc was broken. So the next day I spent 20 minutes briefly going over our rules to make sure he still wanted to apply then filled out the application for him double checking his responses before I submitted it. I told him we would do a background check on him and it would take a couple of weeks to know for sure.

I decided to merit with his brd on Tuesday to see if he was annoying in a party. He was ok, I was pulling and he was singing ballad and march, I did minuet because he didn't have merits. He also didn't have that great of gear but I didn't want to judge him based on that. He ended up forming the party and inviting people before I got to whitegate so he was party leader and the part that did annoy me was he took a long time to decide on a camp. He really really wanted to go to the mire and get BIG chains on imps instead of going to middle bird camp when we had a double brd party and middle was wide open.

Right after the party he asked me if I had heard anything on his app.. he is excited I guess. I again told him no, we were doing a background check and it would take at least a week to know anything. He was surprised, he did not know anything about Blue Gartr or that doing a background check was possible. Then after realizing he has no AH history on Asura and with finding out he was recently in the LS on Phoenix that he didn't tell me about I asked him the questions again just to verify and he again had the same replies. I was asking him are you sure this is right, was this really the server you came from etc.. trying to give him a chance to correct his info. I even asked if he had taken a longer break then a year thinking maybe his AH history wasn't recorded if it was before ffxiah was around and he said no just a year break.

He asked about his app last night and I told him I was sorry but we couldn't approve him and I told him why. He claims he wasn't trying to hide anything and not telling me about the LS on Phoenix was a misunderstanding but he didn't have any reason for why his AH history wasn't there. He didn't throw a big fit, he didn't whine, cry or beg, he just said he was disappointed but it was "coo". I hope he does OK in your LS and learns a few things. Everyone is new at some point and needs to learn stuff. It didn't seem like he was rude or a jerk or anything just didn't know things.

As for Slavekitten, still looking for info on her if anyone knows her from Shiva.

Can't provide much information, but I use to see them running around Shiva. Gear-wise looked decent (nothing extraordinary, nothing horrible from what I recall), I know nothing skill-wise though. Know of no drama surrounding this character, but I've been out of the HNM scene for about a year (although I like to keep up on the dramas). If I remember Fate did a bit of everything endgame, so probably has experience in more than Dynamis. Sorry if none of this is useful.

I know she didn't play for a real long time before taking a break and she has talked to me about her gear some. I was more interested in finding out if she was a jerk, drama queen or tried to run off with a LS bank, steal items or something along those lines.

I am a sackholder in ls that was formerly called Fate.

I remember slavekitten being in ls and being a whm, I don't remember how good she was at her jobs or any drama surrounding her, just that her E-bf at the time was a tool but he is still here on Shiva. Can't remember anything useful other than confirming that she came from the ls/server she stated.

Slavekitten is currently a member Lovers Dynamis LS. She seems to be drama free and is very quiet. Plays her jobs well imo.
