orz 39 STP for 5-hit on that scythe? Yeah, you're not doing that without sacrificing some prime gear unless a COR is present.

/SAM @ 75 = 15 Base + 5 (Rajas) + 1 (Brutal) +1 (Ecphoria) + 1/2 (Chivalrous Chain . Almah Torque) + 4 (Rose Strap) + 2 (Fourth Mantle) + 2 (White Tathlum) +6/7 (Askar Korazin or Aurum Cuirass) + Atilla's Earring (+1) = 38~40 without food or Samurai's Roll.

Carbonara gives +6 IIRC so that gets you back some prime gear, but I wouldn't try to fiddle with the 5-hit otherwise. You're sacrificing too much awesome gear otherwise (in theory).

No way I'd take off E-body just to enable 5-hit.

Considering you can only get one Dakini because they're R/E, I'm torn between the following options for THF:

I'm leaning toward the Evasion dagger for soloing just because it's such a huge boost on a slot where you don't normally see that. I'm currently using Machismo/Blau so I'm not sure if the DEX+Acc dagger would really stack up as far as damage goes.

Any other THFs have any input on this?

DMG:76 Delay: 507 OAT. How much TP is that a swing? Sure looks like it would own the hell out of every other polearm but Gug/Ryu... too bad DRG onry >.< (but then SAM would just rape bird camp even harder which it honestly doesn't need to LOL) This looks like an easy 6-hit without the need for Askar Body, which means YAY Homam >.>b

Even if you can hit six hit without aurum cuirass, you'd still want to use it to enable use of sword strap. It's like a piss colored prison.

1 hour for t1, 3 hours for t2 dualboxing = ~40 hours farming pops + ~4 hours killing them
pay people for a party spot leeching the NMs and get them done while asleep
leaves the ~900 mobs, 15 hours at 1 mob/minute
so about 60 hours of active stuff + another 30 asleep.. guess nobody should be done yet but i still assume someone is closer than i am

I need 150 more Hippos and 10 VNM Tier III pixie eyes and I'll be done scythe, I'm not looking forward to farming the eyes. I'm off work friday so hopefully I'll be done this weekend.

the eyes are the bulk of it timewise, unless you have a ls willing to farm your lower tiers and pass all of them to you.. realistically the proper thing to do is lowman the lower tiers which is a huge timesink

I thought about this, but I'm not so sure. There are other trials that specify your pet must deal the finishing blow.

13.3*1.22 (Brutal, Rajas, Ecphoria, /SAM) = 16.2
16.2*6+3.6 = 100.8

Not a 6-hit if you're fighting a TP stealing bird, but otherwise it is!
