Left LS (Pixies) when he was sack holder without any explanation or word.

He was active at start and had good ideas but towards the end he was away long periods due to, what he said, school things.

In person I don't mind him, was nice addition to LS. But the way he left LS was disgusting and anyone who leaves our LS w/o a word I lose all respect for.

This may be extreme to a degree, but it was very frustrating that we never knew if he was going to show up the last few months; more often than not he didn't.

From his old BC, the guys in SA said he was always at camps and events, despite being EU and them having EST start times. You'd think that moving to EU based events would have improved this, but it really didn't. He was at camps a ton for the first few months, but events were really hit or miss. I'd wager he was absent from Einherjar at least twice as often as he showed up, and Dynamis wasn't much better. That I can understand at least from relic burnout, but missing Einherjar is just kind of wtf.

IIRC he didn't even have WotG installed for the first month+ after joining, so we couldn't even count on him @ DI & SW (I could be mistaking him for someone else, since we had 2 relic brds join close together, but I'm pretty sure it was Leib).

He did earn a ton of points his first 3 months...but they were high activity months to begin with. I am probably the epitome of a member with average attendance in Pixies and even my points were about 40-50% above my norm those months. Basically, he was king of camping Khim/Cerb/Tia during most of his membership (it's was easy to earn points that way under the rule structure at the time), but rarely showed for 80-90% of events after the first ~2 months of joining.

He was very easy-going and made friends easily in the LS. I know there were plenty of instances that I would pick his brain about trying to improve my BRD and he was always helpful and detailed in explaining his research/theory, etc. He's clearly knowledgable about endgame activities.

He COULD be a good addition to your LS, especially if he's gotten over relic BRD burnout and changes in his RL have made playing more enjoyable for him. Just bear in mind he already "quit" once, and did so without the courtesy of at least letting us know (and it may have been the same for his Limbus group), and so it's quite possible he'll only be a short time member for you.

Descartes was in SA with me, and killed a few AV's with us. He's a very good player regardless of the job he's on, and he's also one of those kinds of players to take the initiative to get something done w/o having to be told what do to... which is a golden and rare trait to have. He's very familiar with lowman situations like 6 man Cerbs and Khims, but he's also experienced with teamwork events like 12 man odins, etc.

He's also one of the luckiest ppl on earth. During the salvage dupe era, i got him a million pieces of gear on his old account, and he ended up migrating and never even got a flag for it! So you can consider him a good luck charm i guess. But he was never a burden to anyone on SA, and he was a cool ass kid on vent. I can remember having a few drunk sessions with me/him/and our friend Taush, but thats a different story.

On another note. He can be kind of shy for the 1st couple weeks, but give him time and hell come around. I took it upon myself to make him feel comfortable in SA (or anyone else new at that matter) which is why we are still friends today. But Im still giving this BC as a fellow player's point of view, and he's very much worth it. And he's very good at making money. I can remember making upwards of almost 10m+/week sometimes with him just doing lowman sky shit. So if he is motivated enough, he could finish a relic with little support in a couple months. He has my recommendation fo'sho.

Like i said, this isnt from a friend's perspective, but a fellow player.

He was temp banned because of participating in salvage duping group once, then he was disguisted with SE policy.

he probably matured than lol. the dude lives in norway, and attended almost everything in SA, even more-so than some of the old sacks who did live here in US. he worked for everything he had while he was in there, and did a damn good job too. des did leave on the spur of the moment, but people who knew who he was/friends with/etc KNEW he was leaving. he would warn us in a month or so ahead of time about his plans to migrate. we were losing a ghorn, but we still had others so it was ok. not like we can force him anyway. and he was never about the loot compared to other ppl (another great trait. so, as a sack, youll never find him bitching and moaning about not being able to lot something) and even if he's under 21, he was very mature. he doesnt talk shit in camps like dankster was notorious for lol and he avoids LS drama at all cost and just ignores it.

The kid is cool. he minds his own business and makes money when there's nothing to do. but, if you ask him to help you with something, when they'res nothing going on, hes got your back.

we only had about 10-12 ppl in SA's core. and i can say w/o a doubt he was one of them.

I agree with Rich because well, he is always right.

Me and Des both came from SA to the same Server about 2 months apart, lol. He was active to the point of no sleep for Pixies from what I saw, constantly at Tia/Khim etc. He would talk to me pretty much every day until he got busy with high school graduation/moving out so he stopped being active. He is definitely knowledgeable about the game, that much is obvious. He seems to have no problem being a 24/7 G horn, either. He is a cool guy in my opinion. I always felt like I could trust him. That and he is a pretty funny drunk, lol.
