and the WoW account site wont open....

do i have any other options?

Upon further inspection it seem's thats just for billing, if you tell them that you can't access the webform for account administration they should be able to transfer you to the right department or at the very least give you a phone number that of more use.

Hacked + can't access official blizzard websites = flag goes up for 'check your computer for spyware/viruses.

Did that couple times, and new am using mcafee free webscaner.

am using firefox all the time, and running AVG with daily scaning.

you need to run a spyware scanner like malwarebytes anti-malware, super antispyware, etc. a virus scan generally won't catch everything that can keep websites from functioning.

fyi, they won't fully restore your account (outside of the soulbound gear/characters) unless you get a authenticator. Maybe different from EU players, but it's what they said to me when my account got hacked

they restored my account when i got hacked fully with all gear and more money than when it got hacked haha
