If he was a taru, he was on phoenix a few months ago in Haze. Showed up to events when he wasn't working, average player, nothing bad nothing amazing. Didn't steal anything to my knowledge.

Yeah he is a taru lol. I was in a shell with Paco when I first got to Bismarck, hes a good dude and like Aiden says he shows up to events and participates when not working. He knows his way around very well and can hold his own in any situation. Thf is his main job iirc and it is geared really well and doesn't suck at it.

After being around him daily for well over a year and a half I have never ever once had an issue with Paco, he's good peeps and would most certainly give him a chance. He's open, fair and speaks his mind. Tell him I said hello and good luck.

Aye he does show up to events but in "Haze" on Phoenix we rarely saw him in the 3 and a half months I was with the shell till it broke.
