    Related Information>>

The following changes have been made to chocobo raising and chocobo racing:

    1. Players can now request three different versions of their chocobos' daily updates.

    - Hear a detailed report:
All cutscenes play while the VCS trainer gives a full report.
    - Hear a brief report:
The VCS trainer gives a full report (cutscenes are not shown).
    - Skip the report:
Both VCS trainer report and all accompanying cutscenes are not shown.

*Important scenes, such as when a chocobo hatches, will be shown even if a condensed update is requested.

    2. Players can now feed their chocobos up to 4 items (food, medicine, etc.) at once. An update on how full the chocobo is will be given by the VCS trainer once, after the bird has eaten all the items. The following is the order in which chocobos will eat items when traded several different varieties at once:

    - First: Items that cure status ailments (gausebit wildgrass, etc.)
    - Second: Chocolixirs
    - Third: Items that affect attributes (San d'Orian carrot, etc.)
    - Fourth: Chocobo food (Gysahl greens, etc.)

*Only one chocotonic can be traded at a time. If a chocotonic is traded at the same time as other items, the chocobo will only drink the tonic and the remaining items will be returned to their owner.

    3. An issue where the order in which chocobos crossed the finish line differed from the standings displayed after a race has been addressed.

Mog Locker capacity can now be increased to a maximum of 80 slots.

The following changes have been made to the Chains of Promathia missions:

    1. Experience points (limit points) will be awarded upon the completion of battlefields. This includes players who have not accepted or have previously completed the mission. However, this bonus can only be received once every 24 hours (Earth time).

I figured I might as well post this, since nobody else had.

So what's up with the Diorite, Confirmed in ulli room post patch.

Playing RDM when I can't /ma Par[tab] [enter] and have to "/ma Paralyna <t>" really sucks, because that was how I learned the job.

Home Point -> Home Nation ftw.

Boo at not making fun of people who threw bomb cores, and I guess if you chose the 'wrong' ring/earring, Gratz to you.

Can anyone confirm that Enkidus still drop it or that Nexus statues started dropping it? I've killed a lot of enkidus solo since the patch and haven't gotten it to drop, but the same happened before it too. I may just try soloing Aura Statues if I'm feeling brave next time.

Mm, when i read the update, didn't it say "Iorite"? Which I assumed to be a typo off of Iolite, honestly... unless they went back and fixed it later.

They're not that tough to solo on BLM, often used to kill them that way to pop Ulli, each BLM take a statue, some paired up, etc.

Also does look like the edited it, because I swear one of the versions of the update did say "Iorite," I remember distinctly asking someone if they thought they meant Diorite or Iolite.

They went back and fixed it. Someone on FFXIclopedia said they sent them an email or something concerning the typo. I bet they said "I think you mean Diorite" and the person that corrected it didn't know and put diorite even though it was supposed to be iolite.

Re: Jun. 6th Version Update. Slightly Delayed.

Was wondering about the Diorite change myself. We went up to Ve'Lugannon last night to farm some Enkidus (as usual getting killed by Zip in the process) and we went for about 3 hours with no drop. I know it's not nearly a large enough test size, but has anyone had any drops since the patch? Assumed they still dropped them since gilsellers were there, but you never know. They're often behind the times. >.>

There's a SS on the KI thread about this of an enkidu dropping diorite, but nothing to indicate if it was taken pre- or post-patch.
