Thread: What makes a horrible FFXI sig?    

Not exactly picture related, but I think it's appropriate to keep in the same forum as the other thread.

What are the characteristics, especially when used in combination, make up a horrible signature?

Here is my short list things that are on my mind at the time of this post: Just for fun, I think I'll make a point system.

-More than one character model of the same character. -1
-Wearing armor to clearly show which job each edition of the character is. -2
-Armor they don't have. -3
-Armor that can't even be worn together at the same time. -5
-Has fucking WINGS. -10
-Involves crude and cliche sexual humor. -2
-Involving Mithra or Tarutaru. -3 (Continuation of above)
-Invovling both Mithra and Tarutaru. -5 (Continuation of above)
-Uses Lensflare. -3
-Uses the "Grass" brush. -5
-Has a little faggy roleplay line in it. -3
-The words Angel, Destiny, Fate, and/or Darkness appear in that line. -4 (per word).
-Damage of a WS on a G2 monster. -2
-Shitty damage of a WS on a normal monster. -3
-Is about a couple. -4
-One of them is a Mithra. -8
-BOTH of them are Mithra. -16
-AND THEY STILL DON'T KNOW THEY ARE BOTH GUYS. -32

-Screencap of chat that flatters the poster in a positive way. -2
-Screencap of chat that flatters the poster in a humorous way. -3
-Its a forum quote, instead of a screencap. -4
-By the poster. -8

Highly debatable. I mean once KI gets their hands on something, it usually gets used to death within the week. Like saying "lol" before something. However, memes can still be funny when used by funny people. Like a well-timed "Over 9000!!" instead of someone just saying it for every fucking power number based answer. So let's leave it out of this.

I don't see any armor or weapon that this guy doesn't have (he's in my LS) so that's -6 total.

Wait, actually we could put that -3...you know, for the seizures we get from looking at his sigs

he's a kraken drk then? Not that that's anything spectacular im just making sure because he has a kraken in his sig. <.<;

Well, um, the list is just thread to represent my opinion. I rather just talk about what makes a sig shitty. But okay, contest go if you like.

My newer sig seems to be much cooler than the last.
