Yes, but different directors. Mikami directed Resident Evil 4, Godhand, Dino Crisis, P.N. 03, and rose to fame with Resident Evil. Kamiya did Bayonetta. He was behind Devil May Cry(one), Okami, Viewtiful Joe(one), and he made his start by directing Resident Evil 2. Speaking of which all of Kamiya's Capcom series are getting rep'd in MvC3 lol.

On another note: If someone thinks Vanquish is bad, they have no taste.
