•Increases performance vs. v260.99 drivers in the following PC games: Civilization V (SLI), Fallout 3, Final Fantasy XIV, and Formula 1 Racing (DX11).
•Adds SLI profiles for the following PC games:
◦Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit
◦Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II
◦Fallout: New Vegas
•Improves compatibility for Fallout 3: New Vegas with antialiasing enabled.
•Improves Alt-Tab compatibility for several PC games.
•Added the following 3D Vision game profiles: Call of Duty: Black Ops and Tom Clancy's HawX 2.
•With Release 260 drivers, the installation process for 3D Vision has changed. Please view this knowledgebase article for more information on the changes.

that was fast, previous version was released like a week ago and was in beta for a while

Seems to have fixed the weird-ass intermittent lag issues I've been having with my system. The 260 betas didn't have this, but the WHQLs would have a shitfit after having a game open a while and poking with the desktop. The worst offender was TF2 while quitting. My system would just shut down and not do anything for 15-20 second gaps at a time, then after a minute it would act like nothing happened. There would be no CPU or network activity either (I thought I'd contracted some nasty spyware.) Was the strangest thing... but it's gone now.

Nice. Any word on 'em borking up? I'm still on 258.96 which have worked like a charm.

i didn't have the problem with the driver last week, but on overclock there were tons of complaints about it. It seems to have been a super quick fix release and its defintely stable.
