Applicants Must:
- Have and Willing to Play Often On (In Order of Demand): BLM, WHM, SCH, RDM, BRD.
- Play 5+ nights a week.
- Punctually Gather @ 6:15pm Eastern.
- Have a minimum of 3 Traverser Stones Per Run.
- Be able to do what they're told, when they're told to do it.
- Not be chronic AFKers.
- Tolerate excess vulgarity. - We curse worse than sailors. ;z
- Not expect that we gear alternate accounts or mules over main accounts.

Long Version:
Any requirements mentioned below will easily be achievable when attending our scheduled runs.
Merits become quite the commodity. Note that the merit set-ups mentioned below are the ones preferred by us.
If you think for one reason or another that more benefit could come from a hybrid of your own, mention it on your application.

Core Events: Abyssea, Dynamis.
Side Events: Einherjar, HNM, Limbus, Sea, Sky, VNM, ZNM, KS99, Walk of Echoes.

Scheduled Times:
Gather Time: 6:15pm Eastern
Target Start Time: 6:30-7:00pm Eastern
Ideal Disband Time: 2-3am Eastern

Lotting: Handled by Iarumas/Lecreuset based off of a tiered hybrid Priority-Wishlist system, which can be previewed on our website, MadGood-LS.com.

Jobs Sought:
Bard - 5/5 Lullaby and Minuet are smiled upon. Unlocked Troubadour/Nightingale and willing to cap both within a two to four week trial period.
Red Mage - Merits/Gear will be reviewed in your application.
White Mage - Merits/Gear will be reviewed in your application.
Black Mage - Merits/Gear will be reviewed in your application.

Supplemental Jobs:
Dancer - Capped Haste Samba/Step Accuracy.
Summoner - Odin & Alexander Avatar Availability.

Ventrilo and Skype are used for events.
We expect you to be able to make a minimum of five events a week.
We do expect to be your only Shell.
However we do rarely allow others to be held on a case-by-case basis.
Server transfers are welcome, however don't be offended by our execution of a BlueGartr Background Check.
Any on-server recruitment followups can be directed toward Iarumas, Lecreuset, or Natenn.

If you are strictly anything aside a Mage/Support, our LS may not be the best fit.
We rarely utilitze Paladins, Beastmasters, Ninjas, Dragoons, Summoners, Blue Mages, Puppetmasters inside of Abyssea.
Rest assured with that said, we do have available alternates who have those jobs leveled we enter into Abyssea to Proc certain !! weakness triggers.
We'd just prefer not to waste our main alliance slots with such poor/limited use jobs.

For those who like brief tales:
The Mad Good LS was founded by Iarumas(Ironguy/Ironpandemonium) and Lecreuset(Quetz>Pande/Asura) back in July to provide an active, efficient, team-oriented enviroment.
We are a tight-knit, introverted team, we tend to take care of our own first and foremost.
As a result, we strive to do everything on our own.
We have no sub-shells for larger scale events as many other shells may.
We do not recruit based upon solely your gear and merits, but more along the lines that you demonstrate knowledge of how to do, what to do and when to do it.
Whether you're highly experienced, or whether you're lacking a little knowledge but have a desire to excel...
As long as you're willing to take steps to better yourself, and thus the team...
You're the type of person we're looking for.
You'll find lethargy, complacency, selfishness and the dog-eat-dog mentality toward teammates have no place here.
We offer no illusions of a 100% drama-free environment, as we are an end-game LS;
However a solid roster will help us enforce that ideal in an effort to strive for a minimum drama LS and present a real threat to those who perpetuate internal drama.
We're on a constant journey for never-ending improvement here in XI, as we all should be in our real lives outside of XI.
There is no fun in losing, nor is there in scraping by the skin of your teeth when you win.
We're here to do it better than before.
And we can use your hand in doing it.
