As far as the crazy ex situation goes... She's out of your hands now. Not your problem. If she comes over, she does. Ignore her or give a small hello and move on. Spare her absolutely no more attention than that. If she starts a scene, obviously enough your sister should tell her to get the fuck out of your house. If she threatens suicide in your house, call the cops and have her taken away. In Florida I think it's the "Baker Act" where if hospital/police think she poses a danger to herself/others, she'd have mandatory time in a mental hospital. If she threatens suicide out of your house, all you can do is stand back, call her bluff. If she does it, she's solving a temporary problem with a permanent solution. If she doesn't, she can't bluff with it anymore.

If another forum reader would know, perhaps dropping her name/address and declaring her suicidal threats to the police or something while getting a restraining order may be of benefit to you.

Just tell your ex to leave you the fuck alone. A restraining order is a bit much and most likely over dramatic. Delete her from your FB, her cell # (to avoid drunk texts) and throw them deuces up.
