More GM bullshit.

Made a "Help Desk" call (I refrain from calling it a GM call since apparently GMs don't fucking exist anymore) about a Besieged glitch. I get a response two and a half minutes later telling me to go report it to the website, not even saying where on the website (we all know where, it's the principle of the matter).

Anyway, I make another call right away:
"I'd assume GM access is included in my monthly payments to Square-Enix. Why am I unable to speak with one?"

Response I get, moments later:


"Greetings, and thank you for your GM call. Unfortunately, we will be unable to assist you based upon the information you have provided. If you are still in need of assistance, please resubmit your GM call and include as much detail as possible about your situation. For information about matters that a GM can assist with, or to search our Knowledge Base for a possible resolution, please visit the FINAL FANTASY XI section of [Square Enix Website's FFXIV Support Section]. Thank you for your patience, and best wishes to you.

Notice, this one told me to go look at the 'Knowledge Base' for FINAL FANTASY XI...at the FFXIV section of the Square-Enix website. No, that's not a typo. GM response said to go to the FFXIV section of S.E.'s website.

Fuck, this is pretty infuriating. Do GMs even exist anymore? Or is it just an autonomous program throwing out random cockblocks to every call made?
