As a Christian, I am appalled at that statement. Although, I'm sure murderous criminals would be great for Jesus' Zombie Resurrection Army come the Apocalypse. We should look back at Hitler's case. I mean, we have to second guess them all, now. Maybe he's innocent.

You do know I was commenting on what was being talked about in the thread right? There were several comments about being anti-senate.

What the fuck is wrong with you? There is no place for collateral damage in our justice system. I would rather let 100 guilty people go then let 1 innocent person go to jail for something he didn't commit.

God fucking dammit people like you make me rage so hard...

Which is more harmful to society? Where is the beloved "Social Justice?" Nothing on this world is perfect, and it never will be. We have rights in place that do a pretty decent job. Fair and speedy trial, innocent until proven guilty; these things happened for this guy, and now he's in jail. If he's innocent, I hate it for him, but life sucks sometimes.

Just because you don't understand most conservative points doesn't mean they don't exist. I don't agree with most liberal points, but I can at least understand why/how they exist.

oh no i perfectly understand your thought process here; I used to have the same ones. They are completely devoid of principals and create such a fake high society that it's sick.

Your points in this thread have no basis in conservative, christian or liberal ideologies. You're just dumb, and wrong, as usual.

Ok, I don't understand that at all. How is my idea a "fake high society?" Like a few posts above said, he would rather 100 guilty's go free than jail 1 innocent. That's pretty fake to me. Our DoJ doesn't have the time/money to second guess every single trial. Even the supreme court can just refuse to review a case with out any reason at all. That's the life we live in, a very real life.

well, the criminal justice system actually is setup to review every case in the presence of appeals and free wrongfully imprisoned persons. Why does this governor hate our system?

Didn't know you were a spokesmen for conservatives and Christians. I'll give ya credit for the liberals though. I rarely insult other people's ideas on BG, I usually just say how I feel about something and let the flame wars begin. I'd say 90% of the friends/family/co-workers feel the same way as me on 90% of my ideas. Mainly because 90% of those people are conservative Christians.

for all intents and purposes, this is an appeal that was deemed innocent. This doesnt even take any time to fix. what logical reason could there be to dodge this and say no
