Thats like saying I found a mountain in the shape of a perfect unicorn on the map and someone destroyed it and told me "lol go find another one."

I'm not angry that you put someone's stuff there but I'm mad because it really was one of the more perfect landscapes I've found. It was a mountain chain with a harbor in the middle with two tall sheer cliff faces. It looked sooo amazing and was begging to have a city of some kind built into it.

At any rate its not like I wont get over it. Just a little disappointed is all. =/ It really was an incredible landscape.

well I could just grab all the chunks from an earlier map save delete some chunks from somewhere on the map and replace em? it just wouldn't be the same position.

I had an idea to make a all in one farm building (wheat, sugar cane, pumpkins, watermelons , etc ) and this is gonna be a very large scale farming house platform. so im just woundering if anyone has seeds for all these various plants

i know how to mass mushrooms but as for finding stems and seeds for everything else

i got 3 stack of seeds and ive spent some time gathering shrooms

but havnt found any watermelon or pumkins


I set up a chest in my community storage room if anyone wish to donate and im not on

Honestly just turn the map on creative mode and use an add-on to disable/enable TNT for people who have yet to earn the trust of the server, there isn't any point in taking the server down all the time to just spawn shit for people.

I don't mind mods, but really think we should just make it so requests can only be things that are impossible to do/get in Survival. (Spawn eggs, my removal of water would have been nigh impossible, /maybe/ obsidian, shit like that) All these people asking for chests full of wood and dirt... It takes like an hour to get a tree farm the size of new york, and can speed up that process with bonemeal, which you can get by walking around outside at night. I have 3 full double chests of dirt from overall less than an hour of digging, shit is not hard. Even diamond blocks aren't hard because under the sky islands I got like 3 stacks of diamond in like 45 mins and I wasn't even targeting them specifically.

EDIT: I realize I'm new to the server and am only throwing my opinion out there, for whatever weight it may hold.

Timber! - makes all the logs in a tree break when you hit the bottom block of the tree with an axe of any type.
Backpack - gives you a extra storage space on your person
Nether Ores - It makes the six "ores" - coal, diamond, gold, iron, lapis, redstone - spawn in the nether

Some of the people asking for chests of things want them cause they've been through 2-3 server resets. Honestly, I'm not willing to go re-dig 1000+ blocks of clay to rebuild my castle. I don't want it imported either, cause looking at pics of it, I realize some structural errors.

I used about 200 chests of cobble to make my last build on the old server. 200 chests of cobble is about a week of mining.

That being said, I think we're about done with getting people to where they need to be material-wise.

I have tons of watermelons that can be turned into seeds. I have some pumpkin seeds, lots of sugar cane and lots of wheat seeds.

If you don't feel like waiting for me to log on. just go to my village. there's a chest in the watermelon patch with all kinds of seeds, take some. farm the melons and the pumpkins for more seeds. harvest the top 2 blocks of the sugar canes.

shoot i wish we had backpack gives you a moble chest on your person increasing how much you can carry i hate building massive project just to run to to refill on supplies every 15 mins

Reposted for redundancy. I could give a shit less about most of my projects but I do appreciate being able to port in all the materials I spent time farming. I don't ask for mats typically just the things that I have already done work for, but I have no problem with people doing so. Want a billion crates of dirt? Have a ball! I think the current system strikes a happy balance between the creative people like Psion and the people who just like to farm and build smaller structures like myself, while still being able to enjoy newly released content on a new map. Everybody wins?
