Are you sure you just didn't miss some spots in your lighting? You can use the safe mod of zombe's to see which blocks will spawn a mob at night, or at any time, by them being marked by a yellow/red "x". I've heard a lot of people saying their houses are well lit then wondering how a mob got in it, and upon checking i see spots such as in the middle of a room where the torches aren't quite strong enough to safely light it up. And mobs spawn in groups, sometimes up to 8 as well.

Plus there's the fact that they instantly despawn when someone wanders more than 128 blocks away from them. so unless there was someone waiting nearby, and i mean pretty close nearby, chances are you weren't greifer creepered, but just had a case of bad lighting.

x.x I have lots of eggs of everything, but I can safely say it wasn't me. I never even asked for them, GC sorta dumped them on me. I ended up hiding my TNT cause I was worried people would use it to grief people.

As far as Creative vs. Survival, IDC either way. I have no qualms gathering my own minerals, or minerals for anyone else /poke Mots. The only things I honestly asked for was Brick to start with (and got more then I needed....), and possibly Obsidian down the road. Enchanted tools are a bonus, but I can sit in the grinder or run around slaying Zombies and crap for exp. I can also use reg tools too, doesn't bother me any. Diamond? I only had 2 stacks of it cause I had to go fix my Lava Ring and made sure to farm a little extra in case someone was an asshole again and re-stole the diamond from it.

If people need dirt, please, hit me up. I'm sure I'll have lots of Cobblestone by the end of this too. And brick, by all means, help yourself to one of the like 60 chests of brick on the top of my block.

yeah, ive got safe lighting everywhere, cant spawn inside of my buildings, and im not sure, lol, they might have been, i didnt care to find out, just got annoyed and logged off <,<

any chance i can get 5 spawn eggs of each animal if you got it (sheep , cow)

I only have Mooshrooms and Wolf Eggs, some village eggs too. Somehow I wasn't given sheep eggs lol

I've noticed a few people have been to my castle. im glad you came and i hope you enjoy the view but know that monsters will still spawn in and around the area. im in the process of lighting the area. so if you see a creeper please run away.

ive fixed 6 holes to day

and if youd like to help light the area ill put a chest of torchs next to the nether gate next time im on

also if you see doors of wool blocking you from entering an area its because i haven't worked in that area and yes it will be infested with mobs so don't go punching through them

well, where's your base at? i can take a quick peek to make sure the lighting is sealed tight or not. You never know ;3 I've found more than one person who thought their base was perfectly lit, then turned on safe mod and saw tons of Xs light up in corners or the like. And it's hard to tell too, since light level 7 isn't THAT dim, but is enough to spawn mobs, and if you only have several squares in an area, it's not going to get mobs except once in a blue moon unless you've lit up every cave and corner elsewhere in that chunk.

Regarding water in the Nether, I made a comment the other day that there were some water columns there that looked quite ugly, to which some people agreed. I've no clue if those were yours nor who could have removed them, though.

Also, that castle looks fantastic, Shinta. I wish we had more builds like this in the server.

and if i were put into prison could i see everyone else

ahhhh that would be horrible have the jail cell in the middle of town when people login you could point and laugh
