If anyone was wondering myself and a few others are building a 17k items/hour grinder and its about 50% done with just 2 hours of work from a few of us.

I'll give info on how/where to collect when its done since its kinda hidden :D

Hopefully it will turn out some nice item rates even in multiplayer

so ever since I saw that picture of that tree I started work on one myself, (I Know I'm not the only one lol) but here's what I've got after a couple days


I've deforested and reforested the surrounding areas multiple times and I'm still working on it ><.

I upgraded the shack to a bunker, put in water and signs on the existing dug rows, and I'm digging the lower routes for those. I think Mot's digging the rest of the top rows.

I personally found that one pointless and elected not to install that part of it. I installed, and love, the light/grass, but preferred to use Zan's minimap or Minecraft Automap instead.

Hey Ragns, I was wondering if you might be willing to fill a couple chests with Glowstone by any chance? I only ask because I know myself and some other people would love to use some and there isn't any legitimate way to get any at the moment.

That's kinda the point of bghell. You asking for a reset on normal BG server, instead?

I really hope that the regular server is never reset. just explore outwards to chart new terrain and untold riches. remember /home can help set up your own land and life away from the populated spawn.

I would like a fresh start on either to be honest.

AFAIK the nether was one of those "its freaky in here" but after finding out you need to hack everything in to get anything done and the constant ghast noises there is no one on the server at all.

Why keep it if no one is playing on it?

I know myself and a few others would like to have the server reset so we can start building from scratch again and see where it takes us since more then half of the stuff on this server was made when duping was possible.

Take BGHell and make it a regular server since no one is ever on it and this way we can keep the old server for everyone who likes to screw around and have the new one for people who want to keep building.

Afaik they're both running off the same server, and the server client likes to hog CPU cycles every now and then when the leaves/lighting freaks out. Not sure if having that problem occur on both instances of the server would be beneficial for either side.

Half the stuff on the server wasn't made when duping was possible. Pretty much everything you're talking about is at spawn. And no one likes the spawn area. Everyone who's built things legitimately has moved far away from spawn.
