No need to build a railway hub.. there already is one, junction. I had the same idea already :D Just jump down from spawn and you should see a small building entrance in the water, that takes you to it and the various railways. Now if you wanna expand on junction, make it prettier, figure out the railway trickery, add new lines in the main room, go for it! That's what its there for! :3

I'll probably build one like i posted above from my house to the "Main Camp" (Floating islands) Just so i can get there and back quickly.

And so people can see my Giant Fking Promathia statue when I'm done building it.

That being said, My original idea was the Hall of the Gods, but i said fk it and just decided to build i gigantice Promathia Statue you could probably only see all of with Normal or Far distance on.

You can still boost, you create a 3x3 circle with 4 power rails (you can do it smaller, 3x3 is easier) everytime the cart goes around it stores energy, then you create a delay circuit, after you go around in circles a few times the circuit opens the loop and you shoot out. This works as of 1.6 still.

Thats just me. But also, I have a fuck-ton of Gold and redstone so, Powered Rails aren't a big deal for me XD

Greenlist is much better.

Everyone start on the whitelist until I promote them to greenlist.

When someone is on the whitelist (noobs have their name in white) they can only be spectator; they can't use any objects including doors, can't take anything, can't use anything, can't dig anything or place anything.

I was in the middle of building a bridge to the main camp. I was building Fences and noticed they were all disappearing then bam, ker-disconnect.

Time to go to sleep >___> Build it tomorrow.

With this new system I might be more inclined to come build closer to spawn knowing that people can't burn down my stuff haha. I think that's why I ended up 7000 miles away in the first place.

I have minecraft questions!
I've never played it before and have very little info about it.

Should I just buy the beta version now, or wait for the official release.
Is it all online, or is there offline as well, and is the offline play impeded at all.
can I turn of the green explody thingies
and are there private servers and do they cost extra money.

Has both offline and online component. Content is roughly identical in both, to the point where a map made offline can be used online with a server.

Peaceful difficulty turns off monsters.

Game has dedicated server support, doesn't cost extra.


My recommendation is pirate it and fuck around single-player until you learn the beginning stuff, and see how you like it from there. Can't play online with most servers without a legit account.
