Notch is sure doing an amazing job at further butchering MineCraft performance on OSX.

Had Advance OpenGL off, medium distance, smooth lighting on. Created new map, jerking like a mofo to an unplayable degree as I move around, and it made my MacBook Pro hit 90C with the fans on high.

I think Rags was just going to move spawn like 20,000 blocks away, people who wanna play in new area can do so while still having all our old stuff around for those who want to continue that. IMO I wouldn't mind either, yeah it would suck losing my castle and the months of time put into it... but meh, I kinda like stating new.

Some of the most retarded crash bugs in this unstable version. Also, the impact/creepiness of Endermen is kinda' undermined by how common they are at the moment.

At least you don't lose anything when it crashes. Holy shit it does crash often though. There was a point where every time I put anything into a furnace, the game died.

put your minecraft.exe in the root of your c drive nad make sure you have java64, most crashes are memory errors

I think that's a big problem a lot of us that have continued playing on the server have. D: Losing stuff like Jin's castle, your base, Lli's blimp or my library would be kind of ehhh...

Don't be silly, they don't have classic squid characteristics. They're clearly Octopoda overlords, despite what they pretend to be!

(just like lapis lazuli is really cobalt, as you can't use lapis to dye anything blue. lol)
