Thread: Catalyst 10.10 and ATI 6000 series with FFXI    

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone else has any problems with POL working with the recent 10.10 Catalyst drivers; as soon as I upgraded to that on my current card (4890), POL seemed to crash right at startup (not Windower related, tested without).
Once I reverted back to 10.8 and cleared traces of 10.10, it went back to working just fine.

Correlated question; if I was to upgrade to a new 6000 series card, would I be able to use old drivers with it? (assuming no here) If not, has anyone tried POL/FFXI with a 6000 series card yet, any crash/compatibility issues?

Sorry, forgot to mention this is with Windows 7 64bit, if it matters at all.

10.9/10.10 do not work with CrossfireX enabled.
