Ended up getting to 32 or 33.

My experience in release PvP was people gliding away and me getting stun locked. Spec'd for leveling, though.

Only 29 myself and my alt is 17 now and my experience in PvP has been the exact same.
Over 7k HP on a defensive build right now so the bursty types seem to just want to flee when they realize their burst isn't near enough to down me and they just run.

My available play times were met with horrid queues, so I did't get too ahead during the head start.
Kyrios: lvl 17 Harani : Jaf
Naima: lvl 9 Nuia : Jaffar (caved and rolled on a non-queued server Sunday morning)

Queues of 2k+ when its just head starters doesn't bode well for the full launch.

FYI; Don't shut down the game for going AFK/leaving. Go to character selection screen instead and you'll stay loaded, ie no queue.

I'm on the fence about this game, so it's open world but are there dungeons/raids also? Or just exploring/crafting/pvp?

There's dungeons and world spawns stuff but its pretty light on PvE content.
Its mostly a PvP game with crafting and sandbox shit.

Download it now if you can. Everything went pretty smoothly; it only took about an hour to download and install (it took like 5 minutes to unpack). There were no queues on two servers about 15 minutes ago but I crashed since I was a bit too curious on the queue times for each server. It kicked me probably for trying to disconnect/connect to each server in a short amount of time, but I was able to log back in right away. Here is the queue list if anyone was curious at 3:30 pm EST.

KYRIOS 820
NAIMA 120

I can see why many chose Kyrios due to its meaning, but I wonder why Salphira is so packed. I couldn't find anything in Google other than trying to auto-correct the word for jewel.

Hmm it seems that "New" Starter Packs have replaced the Founder Packs... and it seems to have ticked off quite a few people:

Skimming through the 125 responses shows that almost everyone is ticked off about the new packs since they are supposedly worth more. Is this true? I didn't buy any founder packs so I'm not sure, maybe someone can chime in. Someone took a pic of the new packs here.

i think in the betas lots of people were defaulted to salphira, i know i was.

no idea if that's why but yeah, i havent been able to connect to glyph all day

finally got on, salphira queue 2447 :3

A bunch of twitch streamers are on Salphira. There is already a guild on east continent faction almost maxxed at 1000/1000 members filled with twitch stream communities (Towilee, itmejp) and another with a good few hundred (ConhCarnage) So that right there is at least 1k+ players

Yeah it seems defaulting to Salphira and having "Big Names" from Twitch/Youtube as well as communities from large gaming forum sites made it the to-go-server. I finally logged into Kyrios and created my Elf Sorceress... went to the character selection screen... and then it went dark. At least I got the name I wanted! I'll just try early in the morning and see if I can log in. Wow maxed out guilds with 1000 members... sounds like carnage... I mean fun waiting to happen. I wonder how many folks over at EVE are going to hop over to this game for a bit and try it out.

Jeez Kyrios is so packed; woke up about 20 minutes ago and took this screenshot at 4:40 am EST. It still has a 1k queue timer on it while the rest of the servers have no wait time.

THIS IS WHY WE CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS. Someone renamed people on the server list to stupid shit. Locking it so only I can modify it.

Edit: also having a fucking blast with this game like I haven´t had in years. Dominating people 10 lvls higher than me on my 36 Blighter is the shit.
Not to mention this game promises to deliver drama, tears and hatred equal to or even greater than XI back in the good old Dragon´s Aery days. Fuck yeah. Honestly missed all that a lot.
