Honestly, it'll be quite a few years for them to rebuild that O-Line. It'll be interesting who they hire, cause tbh I have a feeling it might be a circus for a while. Can't rebuild a whole O-line with one draft.

The problem is that team needs a strong personality as a coach to remain disciplined, but someone who fits that mold isn't going to be a puppet for Jerry and let him do whatever he wants. Can you see Cowher letting Jerry talk to his players on the sidelines during a game or tell him who to play? Unless Jerry finally realizes that his style of ownership doesn't work anymore, the Cowboys are doomed to repeat this garbage.
