Help!! Name this movie

I guess this is the best place to put this.

I was watching a movie on demand the other. I don't remember which channel I was watching if off of or the name of the movie. I'm pretty sure it was a free rental with subscription. I don't know if charter took it off the line up or what because about 2/3rds through the movie it froze up and of course when I went to start again the counter was back at the beginning.

Short summary of what I remember. It was like Eagle eye meets Enemy of the state spin off. The description of the movie was something like bla bla "Tech Savvy kid" bla bla. Well some kid in highschool was being targeting as a threat from a super computer of the government as a terrorist. It was all a big misunderstanding. He played some high stakes game online that the computer controlled to find terrorist. It wasn't a great movie but I would like to finish it!!! I can't find it again and its driving me nuts. Does anyone know the name?

sounds like War Games but more recent. maybe the sequel? haven't seen it

I think one of the biggest disappointments for me with the entire series was that Episode 3 was supposed to have the "Biggest and most Epic" space fight ever seen in a movie or anywhere else. Yeah, it was a huge fight, too bad we hardly saw any of it, it lasted all of 3 minutes :/
