    Please help me battle POL.

    tl;dr: POL won't update your payment information manually unless you have THE specific USC-XXXX code. If anyone has gotten a manual payment information update from POL, please share the code you got.

    I want to tell POL over the phone that I plastered that code all over the internet so no one ever has to deal with this VerifiedByVisa shit again. And I WILL put that shit on every forum and website that involves FFXI.

    Please, most of you have had to deal with the terrible customer service of POL. Help me on this crusade.

    Never had bad experience with anyone with POL. Other than visiting jail a few times but don't know how far you'll get with this.
