3. Again, I did not believe it not possible because I hadn't seen it done, rather because other top tier players here posted their disbelief at the possibility. Furthermore, I didn't really mean to say that it was IMPOSSIBLE at 85, I just remember doing one (RNG BLM RDM PLD) and feeling that damage taken was still very high and what I would have assumed too much to withstand even with healers. Especially when considering the possibility of AoE stun>Meteor.

ok i'm confused i did every king at 75 content and i never once remember not face tanking KB and just "run away" when he set up his Meteors of doom, the only time he was kited was when the PLD was still making his slow ass to KB since he normally logged in after the first window

The LS I was in was fully capable of doing the zerg method but I think we just preferred to do it BLM style on the offchance that SOMETIHNG goes wrong, grats we just lost KB lol.

Hate to keep this convo going but... Yeah, we had 18 people there camping KB per usual. I mean that was just how Lv. 75 kings were, I am pretty sure we just did a TP burn Kirin event so everyone agree'd to camping KB on current jobs and trying it the same way. Low and behold KB pops and we get it and we TP burned it. Was the only time we ever did it that way but it was towards the end of my FFXI career. Still a cool memory though. Eurell was from Seraph, he may have been there, not sure.

And this is the only reason I commented at all. Someone said they couldn't see it being done even at 85 or something, and was wondering how hard it was at 99. I was just trying to say it should be obvious how easy it is.
