Got this while farming items for the Beastmen Treasure Quest in Elshimo Uplands.
Not my maincraft, but perhaps this will come in handy one day to break a tier for a really obscure Goldsmithing synth.

Meanwhile, more than 12 hours and no Rancor Globe, don't even know why I'm doing this.

Edit: At least I got my globe on my first kill today!

Gkt is probably the best pulse weapon. All the rest are useless once you get an RME. GKT will be useful forever.

You get TWO murasamearu's in one run, a fucking 0.03% drop rate, and you get TWO in 1 run (I dont exactly know how many times you went, I'm presuming 1 set and then people "gtg")

Please dont take what I'm about to say the wrong way, but you're a shining example of how this game rewards people with pretty shitty gear (2 99's, almost a 3rd, not even a 90 emp), based on what I'm seeing on ffxiah

Well, if we're counting the ones outside VW, Sagasinger's pretty nice IMO, as well as Gusterion.

He didn't get two, he got two pieces of gear. The other thing he got is Hikazu Hara-Ate. Would be pretty amazing to get two of those in one run.

either way, my previous point stands. 800+ VW fights between me and my alts (500+ that I've bothered to track, when I was trying to get proof of if Cobalts are even worth it, answer being no), and the only shinies I have to show are 2 Mextli's and an Anhur on my mage mule, and a Mala on my main. I bought my Tocis.

Man, hearing records like that make me think it's more time-efficient to just farm Qilin all day so I can buy every single pulse, lol.

Think I'm about ~400 fights in VW. Have a couple pieces of the three storable sets plus a Heka's, which is probably the pulse I wanted the least, heh.

The sad part is that I think Nynja's record is not actually an unreasonable/uncommon one given the drop rates. ~1% on Anhur, Mextli, and ~2% on Mala. I'm assuming he has some of the stored sets too, which are all like ~3% drop rate each. If you averaged it all out he's probably only slightly below what you should "expect" out of VW.

when I came back to the game, I went like 1/3 on Heka's body (was my first VW run ever too lol) then went 1/40~ or so on Mekira, was working on Tocis then quit again.
