Second pulse ever after about 300 fights, whee. Of course, the only pulse I actually want is Toci's...I was there for the belt and didn't get it. >_>

Knowing how things usually go for me I'll cap on every single pulse and get a couple cells before I see a Toci's.

90-140 mil. no idea what use it has, other than skillups and KC/anni RNG

I have absolutely no idea why it's so heinously expensive, but it is. It's price tag isn't really enough to justify it's use as a skillup toy, KC Rng or melee whm weapon.

It's irreplaceable for RNG and WHM, so coupled with its rarity, the price is fairly reasonable.
