1/6 on getting HQ pop and it dropped both items that we were after, was able to finish Ezmay's black belt(who just returned today too). Also got 2x beards in 2 consecutive day pops before this as well.

They changed some VW item descriptions at some point. Pretty sure Athos' had weird on it, too.

If you are referring to the enhanced Refresh effect, they recently nerfed it, with the head you would get 3/tic total, now you get 2

HQ isn't that much more expensive than NQ on asura at least (relatively speaking). Like 2.5m vs 1m or something.
