You get a multiplier if you win a bunch of times in a row. It seems to be based on how long you've done it and how improbable it was that you'd win the previous round. I've gotten up to a 5x multiplier before after winning 14 times. It's really not that bad.

lol @ salvage drops, however it's news to me that NQ mobs from Ramparts can drop the 35s. we hit all ramparts, and only saw Gate widow NM. the drop rate was high from NQ mobs, at least 3 of each armor from each rampart.
