Zelus/6% Belt/AF3+2 Legs and feet cap out Haste, with plenty of options for enough STP for a 6hit. My buddy does this so he can sport his N.Sash like a boss.

Lets not pretend eight attack or seven strength on an essentially attack capped WAR is going to be better than extra STP benefits, especially if you're sporting a regain earring.

That's what I remember reading: Less over-TP on top of riding Ret allowed for more precise use of weapon skills. I think. Or something.
