    iPhone/iTunes update problem

    I'm trying to update my iPhone 3g to 4.1 but when iTunes tried to verify the firmware (I had to download it seperately because it wouldnt download via iTunes) it says it cannot contact the apple server and now my phone is stuck in recovery mode and wont restore or anything. Idk if it has anything to do with it but I just switched to ATT DSL and I never had a problem before with cable but this is my first time trying to update since the switch. Any help is appreciated since I have to go to work in 4 hours

    get TinyUmbrella and you can kick it out of recovery mode http://thefirmwareumbrella.blogspot.com/
