Impossible to give you any advice without seeing the Blue Screen. What are the error codes? Are there any filenames listed? Did you try testing components? etc etc
If its recently assembled and you've been having issues non stop, try re-seating all your components inside and make sure everything has a sure fit, especially your ram.
Ok Ill try that. When it does it, the screen only stays up for like 5 seconds, I cant even read what it says. Does it randomly too
you can view the error in the event viewer. if you have windows 7(assuming you do since its recently built), simply type event viewer into the search bar of your start menu, and it will be the first option at the top of the list.
I use a program called BlueScreenView http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html to help diagnose stop errors. It lets you read the minidump file, which is a log file windows automatically makes when you get a stop error. It'll display the actual stop error if you wern't able to write it down and it will tell you what service (if any) caused the problem. This should get you looking in the right direction for a solution.
