We are (currently) a Hardcore Grind/Notorious Monster linkshell with the average level of 40, with a few higher.
We do offer support for casual players, and are trying to maintain a strong an active community.
We are seeking all classes to a degree, and have decided to no longer completely close recruitment.

We currently need the following classes
Disciples of War
Marauder: Very High
Lancer: Low
Pugilist: Very Low
Archer: Very High
Gladiator: High

Disciples of Magic
Conjurer: Limited
Thaumaturge: Closed

Desciples of Hand: All High
Desciples of Land: All Very High

Our Linkshell has over 60 active members, with a minimum of 20 on at any given hour, with usually 30-40 online during peak hours.
This LS originates from Final Fantasy XI, with many of the members coming from top linkshells on Fenrir and Valefor/Kujata. Mostly Empress Shields members.
Due to this fact, we're definitely going for HNMs based on our track record in FFXI and WoW, and we have/require Teamspeak (Don't have to talk but have to listen at least) for strategy.

We are a semi-hardcore linkshell, and we do have reasonable rules that allow even casual players to have a good time (We did this by segmenting the Raid Force from the Casual, under one shell).

Our current playstyle is LS Levegrind Tuesday/Thursday, Faction NMs on fridays, and EXP Grinds on Saturdays - World NMs take place as they spawn and that information is kept in the private linkshell calendars.
