2x rdm/nin definitely makes warbler a hell of a lot easier than anything else. Icing on the cake is a 3rd job with /whm for stona just incase.

I don't think you understood my post. They were saying they have always seen the off item drop with green, I was saying I have seen it not drop - even with green pro. That is all. I never once said getting green completely prevents the off item.

What's the general consensus for THF daggers? I haven't touched it in three months or so; all I have atm is blau, sirroco, and half completed magian STR knives.
THF knife and strider boots, warp cudgel, etc. I know.

Where does Myrmecoleon spawn? Been running around the zone with Mappy and have yet to find him or his corpse.

if someone was pinning it, you might have a hard time to find it, and it should be around Lachrymater

North or south of them? I did find a few pet corpses to the south and a few alive pets to the north, but I can't figure out where the hell whoever killed it ran it off to.

Edit: Also found Lachry's corpse to the north, so I'm confused.

What is the current FFXI version? When I go to check files in POL it says "Ver.30091127_2", when I run the check it says there is no problem, but I haven't played XI in almost a year, so I'd image there should be some files to DL.

Fuck lusca, built a Ulhuadshi popset. I read the wiki discussion on this guy and it seems you can either straight tank him with a few healers, or mage kite it around a rock. Anything to really be worried about? Or recommendations on which setup is easier? Wiki says you can stun, does it build resistance?

I'd just 2x rdm/nin this one. Melee works fine until again the last %s where it goes into cockbag mode, hate can't be solidified so healers end up pulling hate at one time or another. As for kill speed idk really which one would be better, I think rdm just because it's overall easier and less mistakes can be made. Also in melee mode it can sometimes use a buffed slaverous gail that will hit for up to 3k, rdm kite strat doesn't run into that problem since it won't get hit by the tp shot.

Technically, yes. Get Veloce/Emp+2 head, Timarli body or hands. Any one of them will make mix-and-match better than full Perle. Unfortunately, DRK and DRG really got screwed since they're the only Perle jobs that doesn't have access to Haidate. DRK gets double-screwed since their only Emp that's an upgrade in haste is +2 head, at least DRG has +1 feet which are piss-easy to get.
