Something like Ace's helm, all 3 jobs that can use it have empyrean +2 helmets which have 6% haste and better stats than Ace's, so I would toss it. Aside from sentimental value, it's never going to be relevant again.

Without wanting to put my foot in my mouth, it's worth pointing out that for some jobs, capping gear haste is so easy to do now that you can sacrifice it for other relevant stats, while still keeping haste capped. I don't know if Ace's Helm jobs will be able to do that while using the Helm, but it's something worth keeping in mind.

When I use ApRadar for Abyssea-Tahrongi the cursor for my character is way off from where it should be. I'm assuming I have something wrong in my map.ini - can anyone paste me what I need to fix?

Cleave is radial, Thrust is conal... Probably would depend if you can get all the mobs in front of you, or if they're all around you. But either way, I'd probably go w/ Cleave.

Redownload the map. One of the map pack releases used the wrong size for that map.

Does nyzul really have light weather 24/7? I'm doing cure potency magian staff and just missed lightday but I haven't done nyzul in aeons.

Shore spiders, so you don't have to worry about iktomi.

In the general case of gear, yes. With Ace's helm in specific, it's only got SAM, DRK, and DRG on it, and all three jobs have haste+6 heads. Even if haste is completely irrelevant, you would still pick empyrean+2. Ace's Helm has 7 acc 4 STR. SAM head has 7 DEX, 8 STP. DRK has 7 Scythe skill, 7 STR, 7 DEX, 3% DA. DRG has 7 Polearm skill, 20 attack.

I'm wondering which Katana would be good for NIN right now besides a Kannagi or Tobi +1, I was interested in the DA katana and I do have VV atma but I've been hearing that DA has diminishing returns so would the 9 DA katana put me at that point or should I still go for it?

Its gonna be hard question because it depends from many hard to compare variables. Lets try tho.
Usually I trio with RDM and BRD as NIN or MNK (red or blue!!). Biggest group I go with has 6 chars (3 ppl 3 trio box 2 dualbox and me). Jobs on those chars("**" means future job) :
Mule 1: BRD RDM COR** (Fresh mule so mostly AF3 and buyable equip)
Mule 2: RDM (decent equip)
Mule 3: WHM (very good equip) BRD (decent equip) SMN (decent equip) DNC (decent equip)
Friend 1: SAM (Masamune soon) RDM (Very good equip) BLM (Very good equip) DNC (good equip)
Freind 2: THF (good equip) NIN (good equip) MNK**(decent equip)
me: NIN (very good equip + Kannagi soon) MNK (very good equip) BLU (good equip) BLM (decent equip) WAR(decent equip) RDM** (Decent equip)

The questions:
Which Emp I should do as next one, Almace or Ukonvasara? Is Almace worth it for BLU? Wouldnt dmg added from sword's dps and ws be equal with dmg from spells you would spam withing the time you melee with Almace? Almace requires also RR atma when normally BLU would take VV (another damage lost on spells). Same question for RDM, is taking RR over lets say Atma of the beyond wouldnt lower overall dmg more then Sword would add? WoE sword is only 1 dmg below Almace and 12 daley slower too and most part of dmg from those swords on BLU and RDM is probably (guessing) from WS not the melee part so is it worth to make Almace when WS dmg will be probably very close to WoE version? What situations would favor using Ukko's WAR over Kanangi NIN (I highly doubt that WAR would do more dmg even on zerg unless mobs attack fast enough to make retaliation put WAR ahead) beside fell cleaves ofc.

Edit: Whats the daley of WS? 60?

Very rare, But i have seen it (inside Nyzul Isle assault, yeah?). Who knows maybe it was a glitch? but I am absolutely certain of it.

Still good for Light Weather trials.

Your probably thinking of the zone just before you enter Nyzul Isle. Alzadaal Undersea Ruins, is double water weather 24/7.

It's not like I'm doing zomg wtf evis dmg. I'm averaging like 1k w/ it.

Pickups are terrible. The other day 3-4 of us from my shell went into a pickup...85 War with Maschu+1 was parsing 50% of the ally's damage, my lvl 80 DRK using Scythe of Trials (and starting at 250 skill) was parsing 20%, the next best DD was around 11%. This seems like a regular occurrence to me, and is why I generally stay away from them...do you actually get in good pickups often or something? :/

I don't, but man this is just ridiculous. My mnk, fine. My drg, fine. Even pup (pummel pwns) but literally dnc is my weakest geared job. AH daggers from 75 and not a single piece of ehnahces DW gear, lol.

At least the war dropped a couple 2hr fell cleaves and caught up w/ me. 19% him 18% me, highest after that is 13

While I am waiting to someone answer my emps question could anyone confirm that WS makes 60 daley and how much TP gives kick attack on regular melee on mnk (Its like normal hit with daley with weapon or w/o?)

Kicks give the same tp as punches, provided footwork isn't up
