I'm too lazy to do nuke staves, there's no way i'm going to do that for 5 mab. Especially since nukes are never even dangerous anyway with the -50% mdt/13 mdb i've already got.

Not especially, working on trial staff that requires water day/weather and last 3 targets listed on wiki are sea monks, birds, and lizards. If it's water day I'll go into abyssea and -ga shit, but otherwise I'd love to target zones with rain weather since 5x credit per kill is amazing. I'm thinking SSG for sea monks, mire for birds, and something for lizards. There might be another trial or 2 after that but it's not on wiki yet. Working on water element shareeravadi for MDB staff.

I've had next to no experience with Limules or Clionids outside of getting BLU spells (in like 2 kills each) and sleep/nuking for Azure on BLM. Are either of these a valid option like Murex are in Scars areas?

For soloing Highlands on BLU, you cap Azure/Amber on Emphs and Pearl on T1 VNM. After capping lights, I like to do Limule since their first reaction is to cast a spell before they do anything. If you don't do them, do efts. Xomit work too, but they seem to take little dmg from sword spells by comparison (Or their level was higher when I fought them). Flans work surprisingly well too, but be careful not to aggro too many with JAs.
