Last night i was walking back to conflux in attowa and ulhudashi was up unclaimed walking back to ???, So i claimed and started fighting with my group. It was at 86% when i claimed and was at 92%ish when i started fighting it. The whole time i was fighting it (on mnk) it seemed to have extremely high evasion and defense. This was my first time fighting it so didnt know what to expect. Question is, Does it always have insane evasion/def or was it possibly raged? I have a standard mnk tp set including woe h2h, and full h2h merits/faith, and was using pizza.

Psych Suction absorbs stats and generally makes him a bitch. You must have gotten him after he used it on a group.

I remember hearing something like a 90% activation rate on it, which is why it was the best Skill up Shield possible.

Yeaaah... That was Paladins switching from a Size 3 to Size 1 shield. I've never found Sipar to have a proc rate boost.
