I wonder how BLU could manage with some AOE farming. They have a ton of AOE Damage, Stuns, and Debuffs and finally enough MP recovery to really spam them, plus they still have the capacity to negate a ton of damage with Cocoon and a PDT set for the times when mobs are actually swinging (between said stuns and Flashes and whatnot). I think I might look into making a build for this...

The only problem is that we can't really cover Amber lights with this setup solo, so we'd still need someone to cover something like Aeolian or Cleave. RDM as the duo partner could possibly cover the WS while lending a PhalanxII to the BLU tanking. Hmmm...

But ya you can bring a war, rdm and watch them fell cleave if you would like. Hell you could even go Smn and help out.

So I noticed a dnc the other day with 2 occ atk 2-3 times daggers (the +1 and the reg one). I'm wondering how that would stack up as far as dmg and TP is concerned vs other options. I'm not up to date on the math, and I know someone has a spreadsheet they could check this on easily.

Christ, the amount of mob grinding to finish two of those makes my brain hurt.

It's best TP gain obviously, but appalling DPS. Even a more conventional setup (say, DEX/OAT) has more than enough TP to support, so that's not an issue if he's playing support DNC unless he's really gimp/underbuffed. The massive TP gain does provide some flexibility concerning WSing while supporting and it'll have a more notable effect on your damage in such situations but really, I can't imagine it being a strong setup even in that situation.

I've seen a group using a blu doing Whirl of Rage on a bunch of squibs, worked well, but it's no Fell Cleave obviously.

So it doesn't enhance effect at all, only duration? That's strange. I don't think there are any other enfeebles that stack with it that do that, are there?

Also, I believe the movement speed down effect on Gravity is indeed enhanced by Saboteur.

It may not have ever been nailed down, but Bind most certainly can be influenced by potency. My binds stick through dramatically more nukes than when we didn't have 100+ more INT than our targets.

Completely noobish question, but what level range do you generally start to become effective in abyssea for leveling? I'm thinking about getting back in the game on blu but its at 30-something I think...

The NM Okyupete in Misa coast is what I'm working on for the Emp GKT. Is there some secret or wiki trolling me saying that the first bird in the group of 4 is the PH? Been here for an extended period of time and still no pop. What am I missing .-.

That's the correct ph, repop is roughly 90 minutes from last death. It's a pain to camp.
