50/50 Coke + Rum = ~25% ABV if you're drinking Sailor Jerry/Capt Morgan black cask/Kraken which is a pretty average for most people at parties. Or you can go for ~20% ABV with standard Capt. Morgan. Even at that, it still tops 4 loko with a bar pour or a more conservative amount of rum vs coke. Don't even take into account how many people do shots to start off the night with a group of friends.

This time I'll refrain from throwing around the same insults you choose. 50/50 coke+rum is only 25% abv when you have 100proof rum, which isn't that easy to find normally and doesn't mix well. Captain Morgan's Original is 35% so that's 17.5% in the drink. That is significantly less than 25%. Also you're drinking significantly less of it in the same time frame. I'm tired of repeating my same argument over and over, read my other posts.

Except that 4loko tastes like piss. It's on the same level as pisstone or natty light. Instead, try a Long Island Ice Tea, Cosmo (fyi, this will fuck you up), Lemon Drop Martini, Mint Julep, Mojito etc. The majority of mixed drinks get you messed up better (Less hangover in the morning) and without having your breath reek of malt.

100 proof Capt. Morgan rum is right next to the Original,Tattoo, Lime Bite, Silver Spiced, Private Stock and the Parrot Bay rums are just an aisle over, enjoying their 90 and 42 proof variants. Problem? Same goes for most vodkas and whiskeys, 100 proof + liquor isn't particularly hard to find.
