I have dragon rider, and I've never killed jorm, ive killed every other wyrm i can think of sans, limbus wyrms and the uncapped ouryu fight, so i edited out jorm, but now i dont know what else it could be, baha v1 maybe? can anyone here confirm they have the atma but didn't do baha v1? sooner or later by process of elimination well have to figure it out

Considering there's always an acc check for counter, it's obvious it caps at 95%?
Or am I missing something here?

It might possibly cap at 80% the way evasion caps at 80% (ie: mobs/characters have a minimum hit rate of 20%). And depending on how much attention the programmers were paying to the code, it might cap at 95% -before- the accuracy check. Be nice if it just caps at 100% before the acc check, though, letting it have a natural cap of 95%. Have to have it tested to find out for sure which it is.

Technically if counter caps at 100% it caps at 100%. If counter proc but miss its technically still 100% proc rate. Its like saying enthunder is not 100% add effect because you can miss the hit entirely or crit rate not caps at 95% but 90.25 because you will miss 5% hits. Proc rate is proc rate what result in the end is another thing.

Quested Atma of the Griffon's Claw this morning and tested the results:

GSD Skill+: Major - (+10 Skill)
Scythe Skill+: Major - (+10 Skill)
2H WS DMG+: Major - (+20% DMG)

I tested this by using Infernal Scythe w/o the atma, then /w the atma.

633 -> 759. 633 * 1.2 = 759. Seems conclusive to me~

Not nearly as potent as I'd hoped, but do you know if the WS DMG applies to all hits of the WS, or if it just applies to the first hit? Coupled with a DA/TA Atma, the former option might make it pretty decent...for DRK...who is already piss-weak compared to other jobs.

The wording makes it seem it's like the WS DMG+x% available on weapons. Kind of hard to test though, but I will probably try using it as a third atma and see how it parses~

What quest you get that atma from? I thought it came from Excenmille quest in Abyssea - Altepa, just finished killing Waugyl though, and all I got was lol Unkai: Body.

It slipped my mind earlier, but Gradd of Fenrir is the one who tipped me off on this. So credit goes to him~ I did the Excenmille quest then did the 4 OPs at that dominion outpost. There was no quest/speech to indicate I completed or achieved anything(unless I missed it!), but the atma showed up at Fabricant NPC afterwards. My guess is that you might only need the Ops, but it's possible you need to complete the quest given by the NPC at the OP also. Since there's 4 atma/zone, and 4 Dominion Outposts per zone, I think it's reasonable to assume thats how you get them all~
