JP Wiki says to complete Zazarg's Dominion Ops in Uleguerand Range (he's at G-7).

Also, it's STR+50. No word on Counter yet.

I actually got it without completing this one. First did all 14 ops then started working on fame. Had been doing Let There Be Light, Boreal Blossom, Frozen Flame Redux, Look Out Below
Checked and it wasnt there. did eventually get Atma of the shattering star
I finished Imperial Espionage, Imperial Espionage 2, and Slip Sliding Away
Checked and had Atma of Roaring Laughter

Cannot complete Scouts Astray for some reason, the taru seems unresponsive
Home, Home on the Range needs something from khimara and not fought the NM for Brothers in Arms yet

Its probably completing imperial espionage II that triggered it.

1. Some atmas are more equal than others
2. The atma resembles the type of gear SCH used pre-abyssea for healing since it had access to very few Cure Potency pieces (Light Obi + Storm + Enmity reduction gear + Fast cast)

Has there been any Fast Cast testing on Merciless Matriarch?

I fear "Minor" is 1% while "Superior" is only 5%.... I hope it's worth it.

Quick test on BLM/WHM with Ambition atma (Fast Cast minor) gave 58 second recast, from what I can understand about recast time calculation it is somewhere between 1.8 and 3.5% recast reduction so ~5% fast cast for minor?

Anyone posted any testing on Atma of the Omnipotent - Pantokrator Haste superior/dex superior yet? If its magical/ja/equip haste is what im looking for specifcally and an approximation if its equip haste. (my server doesnt have it up yet but will soon hopefully this weekend)

Haste from Atmas is equipment Haste.

Preliminary and very rough tests seem to show roaring laughter to be +10 counter. My normal parsed counter average% with cs+gaiters+merits+ulition+gnarled horn is ~63%, put on roaring laughter and had 73% after ~300 hits (hits+countered hits). If someone wants to do more controlled tests, go for it.

What do the damage taken atma fall under? I'm just wondering if in the event i use one i shouldn't be wearing pdt/mdt gear due to it already being capped.
