Glitched or not? As reported on wiki and confirmed by myself tonight, Atma of the Winged Gloom appears to stop working when you receive cruor buffs (possibly just HP buff). I say this because the slip damage of 30HP/tick stops when cruor buffs are received. Do you think SE deemed this atma too powerful with HP buff? I hope not...

It's not broken , think the wording on Atma is just wrong , it works between 25% & 75% HP .

But the atma did work (slip damage atleast) at 100% HP until I got cruor buffs.

I talked to a GM about the issue. A SGM sent me message regarding this but FFXI says I can't retrieve/read that type of message...

So after more testing with HP cruor buff, slip damage activates once your HP hits the original (unbuffed) amount. Would be nice if the atma info reflected this.

"Conserve MP+":Superior

Anyone tested this as a 3rd blm atma? According to wiki the natural proc rate of conserve mp is 25%, could this possibly add +50% making conserve mp a 75% proc rate? It'd have to make up for 40 MAB on a consistent basis since I generally use minikin, beyond, ultimate.
