From the atmas effects and based on my selections having killed them both I'd guess alpha and omega is from proto-omega, the ultimate is from proto-ultima. (If this wasn't already pretty obvious.)

I don't have that atma and I've killed both of those about a bajillionty times.

Yeah, I have kills for things like Cerb and waaay too many omega/ultima/kirin kills over the years, but no atmas

Alpha and Omega isn't Protos then - I haven't killed both of them but I just unlocked the atma.

My friend had Atma of Nightmares and I didn't. We both have killed Diabolos Prime and cleared Dynamis - Tav. Only thing different is he got final cutscene after clearing Tav while I did not. Going to get the last cutscene now to confirm.

Edit: Nvm, im dumb -.- turns out I didnt get the key item from Tav clear.

Some light to shed on Master Crafter! I'm lazy with my WW and have 89 skill and Veteran. When I hit that point, I had over 200k gp. So I got my Sign Post. Havent gotten my Desk yet. I was able to get Master Crafter.

I also havent done many HNMs, but I have done NQ Behemoth and I was able to get Beast King, if that wasn't obvious.

Dark Depths may be Odin Prime, that's really my only guess based on what I've done.

Based on what my wife was able to get from her Atmas I'm starting to think Alpha and Omega may be from Ouryu Cometh and Impregnable comes from NQ turtle.

Did both of those, don't have either of those atma.

We might be thinking too hard about Alpha/Omega and Ultimate. Alpha/Omega may just be Omega, Ultimate may be Ultima.

Also, everyone remember to check VISION zones for HNM atmas, including Alpha/Omega and Ultimate.

this seems kinda bull, i've killed ultima, omega, kirin, etc....and yet i have none of "their' atmas...all i got was zenith and rescuer...and yes, i'm in visions areas right now.

Got Ace Angler Atma without 100 fishing- Quested Lu Shang's though so thats my bet. Stats are Regen (Below 25%) Major, Refresh (Below 25%) Superior, Resist status Ailments Minor

I have this atma, but my husband doesn't. We both have 100 fishing and have both ranked in the fishing contest (he was 18th and I was 20th?). Only thing different is that I quested Lu's and I have purchased items from the fishing CP guy. He bought his Lu's and was never part of the fishing guild.

I have anglers fishing is only 35 i was ranked one time and that all i have ever done fishing wise. never owned a lu shangs btw

only got alpha/omega and kirin from visions zone, wish I had ultimate (have bahaV2 title though so it's possibly something else)
