Yeah, seriously. If you want something noticed, stickying it is the last thing you should do. There's a bunch of stickies, and the only people who pay any attention to them are the ones who frequent random question/what's better. And even then, i don't know about anyone else, but i identify random question by the green arrow on the icon, not by the name. I don't even look at the names of the other stickies. It took me a week to notice the torrent sticky, and i don't just skip entirely past all of the stickies, i can't imagine how long it takes others to notice new stickies. Everyone just skips right past them, because 99.99% of the time, they're the same threads as always, with nothing new, and they've probably already read them all. It's kind of silly to see if something has changed, when you know it never changes.

The real way to get a thread noticed would be to have it stay at the top, but NOT be marked as a sticky. Probably even allow it to drop down 5-10 threads, but no further, so people don't just learn to skip over the first thread or two. Maybe even order it randomly in the first 5~ spots, regardless of when the last post was. THAT would get shit noticed. Someone go write the code for it.

Edit: I was thinking, the only way to PROVE that any WS outside of the "15" can proc is to suck it up and proc it again,
otherwise, we are going to keep getting these over and over, this goes same for other then Blue !!, proc it twice and SS it.

Pretty much this, at this point if someone "discovers" a spell or ws that "triggers" and is not on the list, they should suck it up, stop everything else and proc it again for proof.

Staggers are like para, you'll see it no matter what, as long as you're in range.

However, this is solved by simply not doing the last 1-2 actions that supposedly made the "!!" proc. It's like a what? 5-10% chance the spell/action would have been useful throughout the course of a fight anyways.

I think what he meant was if someone else was fighting close to them and the stagger messages shows the difference, it would be easier to tell apart.

But yeah for prove of non-listed ws/spell procs, what you say is very important.
