I used to lease, I loved it. Yes you can haggle on a lease as well.

I would only do 36month leases... Basically at the 24-30month mark, I kinda want a new/differecnt car, which is why leasing worked great for me, and I liked having new cars with no maintenance. The only problem with it was the car wasn't mine, so I would never put any money into it (stereo upgrades, autostart, etc).

Buying used always wins though, that is, if I don't feel the need to have a NEW car. I have never bought/financed a new car though, only leased... maybe that will be next. But for now my 6-7yr old vehicle that hasn't needed anything but new brakes is perfect.
