Noise Complaints.

Alright so I had been trying to tone done my rate of posts and overall terribleness but this really pissed my off. 4th time I've got this faggot from next door complaining about my noise. This time, 10:50 on a friday night saying that he just got in and he's going to sleep and if I could turn down my TV or whatever it is. Like... I was listening to music on my laptop, not even by big ass speakers and my volume was up halfway. Closed my door and right outside my room could barely hear it.

Anyways, I'm here to ask for advice, since apparently this motherfucker has some fucking bat ears, anything I can do to reduce noise while still listening to my shit as loud as I fucking want. Inb4 ear buds(there's a reason I'm listening to it outloud, shit ain't the same), dill with it, and blast it up and don't give a fuck because I'm a naturally courteous person.

Windows don't open, and I live in a dorm. Again, there's a reason I'm not listening to it with headphones, most of the time I'm not stationary in one position or only on my computer, I detest headphones unless I'm in a public area. Hell one time he complained when I was listening to music on my phone speaker. I mean my phone is loud but FUCK.

Thing that sucks is i'm technically on the "quiet" floor so I can't do shit about it. I was hoping I got lucky and could blast whatever the fuck I want because I always saw black guys going into that suite, then bam apparently his room is the one next to mine. he's complained 3 times, and all 3 times were between 10~11pm. Like really nigga?
