    Is NCSOFT stupid?

    So not only was I banned for having my account compromised (they said I sold it) so I got my account back and then they banned me for selling it o.O

    Anyway now that I've been banned I'm taking up a friend's account to level his temp.

    Problems arrive when setting up a subscription: "Your credit card has been used on too many accounts you will need a different credit card to purchase additional time"

    ... So one time I activated another friend's account for a month because he couldn't afford it at the time and a second time I activated the current account I'm using to take all of his items when he quit and gave me permission to do so.

    So now I'm trying to activate an account that I've already activated once before with this CC and it's saying I can't.

    AKA: WE'RE NCSOFT AND WE DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY.

    A lot of accounts got restricted because of some sort of security breach. Some of the people in my legion were talking about it.

    Strange.. When I got hacked, I didn't have issues with customer service. Are you going to try to talk to them again?

    Well lets see.

    1. You were already banned for "selling an account." - Ok, you got hacked. Shit happens.
    2. You use a CC to pay for your account. - Normal
    3. You use the same CC to pay for someone else's account. - Red flags are getting put up at this point.
    4. You use the same CC again to pay for yet another account (now up to 3?)

    In their eyes, 1+2+3+4 = account buying/selling. Even if you weren't, its no wonder that someone would suspect you of it and restrict your ability to continue.

    Solution: Use a different CC.
