I noticed. Also, I'm a big fan of third person so far. The only problem I get is trying to loot stuff...

But as for running and what not, I just enjoy it better. Maybe it's because I'm used to it. This is my first official ES game. I bought Oblivion but didn't play it.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one abusing the iron daggers for smithing skill lol.

I did a fair a bit of Iron Daggers but in all honesty they're really slow to level with later. I think all the craft leveling is based around the value of the item. Even Alchemy you seem to get a bigger boost from making higher priced potions. Also if you're short on gold level alchemy you just need like an initial 2-3k and you can start buying out people's inventory of ingredients making them into potions and selling them back at a huge profit.

Alchemy definitely improves faster if you make more expensive potions but Enchanting/Smithing seem to be static.

The woes of Elder Scrolls... I have so many quests floating in my journal that I can't do shit with because they are similarly broken. They need to do way more bug testing regarding collecting quest items before you flag their related quests... and completing objectives for multiple quests during other quest events (like obtaining the third broken amulet in Sarthaal during the mage's college quest).

I need extensive console command lists and item IDs so I can delete and re-spawn things to maybe fix them.

You have to use it again to complete the Geirund Amulet quest, it's nice that the game is protecting you to prevent you from dropping it. Trust the game.

Ah yeah that would make sense. I just wanted to store it in my house though lol. I have a draw just for gold and claws <3.

Also, I have arrows sticking out through my face and arm.

How do I make myself look normal? You know, not impaled looking.

You're just holding them for later. (Store all your arrows in a chest and then take them out again and they should be gone.)

It's amusing when you stick someone with a superior arrow (daedric/ebony/glass) and you see them equip it and shoot it back at you. And I love little touches like arrows bouncing off automatons and other hard mobs (ice atronachs/ice wraiths/crabs).

Is it just me or is it nearly impossible to resist Unrelenting Forcing all the food/plates/cups/etc. off every big feast table you come across? It has taken every fiber of my being not to mess up my own homes... and it's nearly impossible to put something back if you knock it down, like a rabbit leg on a plate. Shit gets all wobbly and you start a domino effect.

It saddens me that I agree completely. The glory days when endgame was stupid and I had the free time to enjoy it were good though.

Skyrim is about to fuck me over though. I've resisted the urge to play the past two days but it still caused me to come dangerously close to deadlines for a couple of big homeworks/projects.

And for that one Companions quest, when you loot the Hagraven's head off its corpse, the head disappears from its world model. Only time I've noticed it though.

On an unrelated note is it me or is Werewolf form absolutely useless unless you're looking for a cool way to load your last save? What the hell isn't going to kill me in two hits when transforming unequips all your armor?

I don't understand how you can't cure it by doing whatever they did with the Witch's heads. It's cool to use to run around between horses dieing, but I can't find much else use for it.

you can cure it by taking another head back to that alter and fighting your wolf form
