Hmmm, to be a werewolf or not to be. O: Damn choices.

Has anyone confirmed the ability to create arrows through smithing? I know I had read someone say that it's in, but I haven't found a way to make them yet.
You can, but the really evil ones (necromancers did this to me) "play dead" and as soon as you're sword is away, Potion - Restoration -They start slinging fireballs at you again. Assholes
Pretty much... there's one handed perks for increasing your weapon speed with two weapons, and one handed perks that let axes inflict DOT, Maces ignore armor, and swords crit. So I'm dual-wielding axe-mace for direct confrontation, offhanding destruction magic or just using a bow for ranged.how does dual wielding work?
do i just equip something on each hand and alternate spam L/R trigger?
L+R is a horizontal chop with both weapons, L+R Power attack is a 3 hit combo (that's actually pretty devastating if you ever get close enough to hit someone). I like to throw on armor buffs, sprint into a pack, and try and cleave people with the L+R Power move.
You need to alt-tab from another program, give it a few, and then try again. Beware of graphics glitches when alt-tabbing - try not to do it too much, it can force you to restart the game.Sorry if this has been answered already, but if I minimize from full screen I can't get back into the game. Any fix?
I thought this was impossible. Do you fast-travel everywhere you go?Anyone having trouble finding random dragons? I haven`t found anyone yet, several hours into the story..
When on your way to a quest, just take random detours. Get lost. Follow blacked out markers on your compass. Have your sound turned up - you can hear them before you can see them. Apparently dragons respawn just like regular mobs, so try areas that you previously cleared.
Awesome to know you can still fuck up the entire game by leveling non-combat skills. Currently level 20 about to hit 21 and my pickpocketing is 91, everything else is around 20ish. I had a long period where I was just pickpocketing and it levels very quickly so I was gaining lots of levels. Now when I fight an enemy it's a near death struggle. They hit for half my HP and I hit for what amounts to nearly nothing even against clothed foes. I am a mage and my best spells are still Flames/Frostbite from the very beginning of the game. Something is very wrong here. I have found the only way for me to fight now is to use this Summon: Fire Atronarch spell that I bought from the spell merchant in Riften, since the summon seems to scale with level and does more damage than me.
Any tips on how I can fix this, maybe spells? Is mage just shitty? Pickpocketing being so high is cool but it does shit for me in fights. Still have all my perks, haven't spent any of them, so if you have a tip for where to spend my 20 perks, that'd be cool too.
By the way, I have still not even done the Whiterun part of the main quest where they told me to go to Whiterun and talk to some dude. So literally at the very beginning of the main quest.
Just got this installed and have 2 questions based on the very beginning stages of the game.
1) Why do all the non-human races look fucking awful? Your choices pretty much boil down to human or uglier than a dragon's asshole.
2) When you get out of the intro sequence (I went Empire) and end up in the first town, you can take a gift from the blacksmith uncle dude. Is there any reason not to completely clean out everything he has? I've never spent much time with previous ES games, so no idea if being a greedy fuckhole in a borderline-scripted intro section is likely to come back and bite me down the line.
So has anyone tried dual wielding for real in their play through? I wanted to test it out, but then I threw on a 2 handed axe and it felt more orky, plus I put perk points into 2 handers and im not sure if you can get those back after you have committed to them.
LV 9, have been focusing my perks in 1H and Heavy Armor primarily with a little restoration and shield. Has been fun and I've not had much trouble with anything as of yet. Dragon fight was a little disappointing though.
Well if you'd rather not bother you can probably wait a few weeks then just look them up on like a Skyrim wiki, is easier. Or if you're a collection whore then definitely buy a house in town when you befriend the jarl. If you save a bit and just hock tons of stupid armor and shit 5k isn't much and it's well worth it. Your housecarl bitch will return to your house then and there's cupboards and chests you can push "R" to store your stuff in and it remains there always. Then if you want to buy furniture pack upgrades talk to the house dude in the jarl castle again.
So is there anyway to get back perk points you spent? I threw some into restoration on a whim, but hardly ever really use it >_<
There's not "morality" bullshit per say like there is in Fable, and games like that. Most of the time at least in Oblivion, all that mattered was if you get caught. Typically different options didn't change the consequences a whole lot, but since this is new you never know I guess. I don't really know what the point of that scene was, all his stuff was crap anyways. Guess they just wanted to give you a food for if you're near dead. It didn't matter. The only stuff of his I took were all his smithing materials to skillup.
So... I just got attacked by a dragon a bit E/SE of Mixwater Mill. I tried to kill it, failed horribly, and tried again... and what do I encounter... but TWO dragons. at the same fucking time. Needless to say I panicked and promptly got raped. <_<;;;
