are you talking auto-save or the regular save function? Cause with the regular save function you should be able to save on separate saves for different characters...then again I havent done this yet so maybe its a bug ?

Anyone else having fun with zombies? Feck blast killing one guy and then raising him as i run away and watch him go kill his other buddies. Bandits dont know wtf is going on when i do that to them.

So, question. Is it worth it to be a vampire or werewolf? Will it completely hinder the experience or game play?

Not sure on vampire, but my orc is a werewolf, you cant get rested from sleeping which kind of sucks, but you get I think +100 to health and Stamina, plus you can morph into a huge wolf if you want...which I have never done because my companion is always around and I don't want to scare her away or cleave her down. Plus my 2handed axe is getting the job done pretty well.

On PC there is one big save file pool. Kind of annoying so i think i will try out a sneaky/theif tonight and see how i like that before decided to continue it, my warrior guy, or my mage.

when you put the amulets on the 3 platform you fight the 3 sons again once there all dead (including the 2nd sons shadow gangers) daddy will pop up and fix it for you then look at the platform and you can pick it up

I became a werewolf, but I don't really see the point in it yet. Everytime I have transformed, I have got owned almost instantly. What bonuses do you get from resting anyway?

I don't think people should be able to change into a werewolve once a day, anytime. I think once a day is fine, but should only be at night, and idk if there's moon phases, but it should force you into a werewolf the entire night during a full moon

Started the game a couple days ago. I had never played an Elder Scrolls game before, and so far I'm pretty impressed (although I'm finding too many glitches for this to deserve a 10/10 from me).

I just capped Smithing by spamming Iron Daggers. Feels pretty wrong to have two pieces of Daedric armor at level 22, but I'm not complaining.

I'm not sure about what I should do next: I still haven't spent any points on combat perks. I'm really enjoying swords/gsword, but that just hasn't worked against dragons (they fly or land on roofs) or hard enemies (they two shot me if they catch up to me) and I don't think either situation would improve after spending points on melee.

I'm pretty torn since it feels like I should do magic/archery (as those have allowed me to succeed in the two situations I mentioned) but I don't enjoy playing from range as much.

Any successful melee players here?

So you can do quests for the college and brotherhood even as a 2handed warrior? I might just save those for playthroughs with new characters, I just happened into the den of the brotherhood though and got a quest to go extort money from people in town.

i'm switching between dw and 1h/shield. it's pretty effective as i can use dw for easier monsters and just plug in the shield vs casters. only problem i have is waiting for dragons to land, really. but that's just a matter of patience, whether i continue to wait or get annoyed and pull out a bow.

btw for anyone leveling enchanting: there are probably easier ways but for now i've found something to lean on. i use a black star gem, and in zones where there are humans/orcs/etc. and an enchanting table (nightfall tower i think it is, is perfect for this) you can kill someone, grab their boots, run to the enchanting table and make something. the most lucrative enchantment i've found so far is the 2-handed dmg+ one, so i basically spam a bunch boots with those enchantments, and since they're light you have no problem carrying a bunch. it's a nice way to level enchanting and make some gold at the same time.

also for when there is no table nearby, i just use a soultrap weapon in conjunction with the black star and recharge after every single kill.

I run 2hand/heavy armor with some restoration magic and I do fine. You're going to have problems with combat in general due to the game having a form of level scaling and you being level 22 with what sounds like very few combat perks. The game somewhat balances itself around the assumption you're going to have a few perks for some kind of combat in there.

For Sword and Sheild i find sheild bashing power attacks/dragon breath attacks really useful. The slow-mo when you get power attacked perk helps a lot with humanoid enemies. Sometimes for the dragons to land you have to run around a bit to give them room i guess?

Strong fire mages are still my bane though.

You can still loot them, you just can't interact or loot while the werewolf effect is on. Werewolf form doesn't seem very good to me, it's good for swiping and knocking down opponents easily but you're still very easy to kill. Your stamina doesn't deplete and running is much faster which is nice. I'd also imagine you're more weak to silver weapons but not sure of that.

Yea. I did that. It's after I finish the fight, and he reforges the amulet from the fragments.
