I just realized there's no acrobatics. Jumping Khajit characters used to be the shit...
Was there a mod for oblivion that made night time/inside caves actually dark? I'm talking like STALKER complete mod darkness where without your light you can't for shit unless you're in the middle of an open field. I realize with a lot of snow and no "city lights" natural light is fairly bright when the moon is out...but idk, I like the idea of needing to use torches at night or sacrificing visibility.
Also, wtf at candles and torches always being lit in dragr inhabited caves deep where no one has been in years? Everything doesnt need to be perfectly realistic for me but come on.
PS - I can confirm that you STILL GET PERKS after level 50.

beat the game is there anything worthwhile in the end area?
I donno why i'm still playing tbh =/ everything is pretty easy, my char is pretty overpowered (even on master)
Only going back to Blackreach has been really worthwhile after having beating the game. I'm hoping there is DLC soon ;O
btw - is there a wizard in solitude that sells gems/has an enchanting table?
The house in Solitude has an Enchanting Table and an Alchemy lab when you buy the furnishings.
Racial abilities, minus the mostly-useless active skills:
-Altmer start with 150 magicka
-Argonians have a 50% resistance to disease and can breathe underwater
-Bretons take 25% less damage from any magic
-Bosmer have 50% resistances to poison and disease
-Dunmer take 50% less damage from fire
-Imperials find more gold in chests
-Khajiit deal 15 damage with their punches (compared to something like 4 for everyone else)
-Orcs don't have a passive. Their active is pretty good though (deal double and take half damage for a minute)
-Nords take 50% less damage from ice
-Redguards have a 50% resistance to poison
Breathing underwater can be had with a Dragon Priest mask, I forget which one though. Is there even anything useful found that requires being underwater for prolonged amounts of time? I've been through a dungeon or two that requires pretty long swims through a tunnel or two, but nothing a non-Argonian can't handle.
I always forget about the bonus claw damage for Khajiit... I'm wondering how useful that could be paired with the Fists of the Pugilist gloves. Do bare hands have a sneak-attack kill animation? Strangling or neck-break would be pretty gnar.

Ah, boo. So, assuming you get 70-something perk points... How many trees could that potentially cap out? Sounds like 5 or so since they seem to fluctuate between 10~16 each or something. Not to mention I can't imagine bothering to entirely buy out some of them like Sneak as the top end of that tree doesn't really appeal to me at all.
I was hoping that I would eventually have a reason to use a pair of daggers and make use of the one-handed tree. Something besides a bow for once. Don't get me wrong, putting arrows on people's foreheads and eyes is definitely fun (and somewhat overpowered)... I am just wishing I had something more useful/fun for close-combat as relying on Slow-Time shout and the aiming slow-down trait to stay alive when something charges at me is getting a little bit old.
SO what is everyones trick to killing the random dragons that appear? If I can get them to land I can usually deal with them, but its when they stay in the air that I can't seem to do anything (bow doesn't deal enough to tkae them out in a reasonable amount of time)
On the topic of racial active abilities, I can't speak for the others but I've found the Argonian HP regen ability has been my savior for quite a few situations. I throw that on, run in and I can usually regen just about as fast as I take damage, whether it be running into a large group or some mages. I dual wield with heavy armor, so it's a nice room clearing ability.
Usually I conjure up a flame atronach, keep a good damage bow and arrows from a dungeon on me, and give my companion a bow. Between the 3 of us we can usually get it down low enough in a reasonable span of time (few minutes max) that it lands and I can dice it up.
Dragons seem to like landing on top of houses and breathing all over the place so I just run away from town a bit, dragon usually follows and touches down. I've killed like 8 now and only one gave me issues with staying in the air.
(and lydia is usually shooting arrows at them.)
